Originally from Southeastern Kentucky, I moved to Tennessee to pursue my dream in the hospitality industry, and I’ve been fortunate to gain over four years of valuable experience along the way. At Dollywood, my primary focus was on leadership, where I not only led VIP tours but also worked to ensure every guest had an exceptional experience. I was committed to fostering a positive, team-driven environment while delivering personalized service that exceeded expectations.

In addition to my work at Dollywood, my experience in the hotel industry has helped me develop a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of the importance of guest satisfaction, from check-in to check-out.

On top of my hospitality experience, I have a passion for design. I'm well-versed in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Procreate, and I enjoy using my creativity to craft visuals that enhance both the guest experience and the behind-the-scenes processes.
